I was being treated at this office by Dr. Lai. I had a video visit with him and he asked why had I missed so many appointments. I replied and said that he knows I cannot drive due to my uncontrollable seizures. I don’t have any family here. He said I need to change to an office that is closer to me. Once again, I cannot drive to my seizures, which Dr. Lai has been treating me for. I have obtained an attorney for disability. She asked me to get a letter from my primary care physician as well as my neurologist that has treated me. I called the office and spoke to a gentleman. He said that the doctor would reach out to me via phone or through my chart. I received a message from Dr Lai stating that because I missed appointments that he can’t give me the letter because he’s not going to be my primary care physician anymore. Smh!! It’s even worse because he even put in my medical records that I cannot drive.

Told the PA Laura Areheart RSV and pneumonia were floating around my kids day care. She was not willing to test me for those things, but instead only tested for Covid and strep and flu. She also has been unwilling to spend time to listen to me and my concerns during physicals and tells me she’s going to charge me for the visit if I continue to ask questions, while at the same time try’s to push me out the door so she can move onto her next patient. I don’t appreciate her lack of attention and care for her patients. It’s weird because her online bio says she wants to help people, but in actual reality she did not make me feel as though she wanted to help, but instead made me feel as though she simply wanted to make the practice money and move on at the expense of the patients well being and get through her day so she could go home. Probably the worst PA I have ever experienced. Do not recommend. Anyone over her would be better. If you end up here, see doctor Patel, she knows what she’s talking about and takes time to listen to the patient and gives a sense of care, much different than compared to Laura. It’s so weird she has this online bio where she try’s to sound like a great human being, then when you meet her, it’s completely opposite.

Dr Pulak and the staff are great to work with every year. I can tell they look for ways to improve their process each year. This branch really is passionate about the service they provide for the community.

I typically do not write reviews but I honestly did not appreciate Dr Lai’s approach or attitude. I arrived on time, and I had to wait 20+ minutes. The front desk staff were rude, not personable. Dr. Lai talked pretty fast during my appointment and did not seem to care much about his first time patient. I had to ask him to repeat himself and I simply did not appreciate his tone. Granted I did not have health concerns, but if I did not sure he would have addressed them. He said I would get a call a few days later to go over my blood work results… never did. I will say the lady who drew my blood was so nice, and is how the rest of the staff should aspire to be.

This office hasn't gotten my paperwork right I've been waiting for my shower chair since August and it's December and the paperwork still isn't right do they even know how to read
